What is the High Hopes Foundation?
Disney World Trips, a Tree House, a Dude Ranch, Club Med Kids Club, Washington-DC, Cars, a Cockatoo, Computers, Expensive Medical Equipment, Visiting Faraway Relatives, a Swimming Pool, Shopping Sprees and much more
....
these are just a few of the more than 500 wishes granted to chronically or
terminally ill New Hampshire children by the volunteers and generous supporters
of the High Hopes
High Hopes is a nonprofit volunteer organization that grants a wish to any New Hampshire child, 3 through 18 years old, who suffer from a chronic disease or a life-threatening illness. Since 1983, we have been sending children and their families to Disney World and other vacation destinations, delivering brand new computers, installing wheelchair lifts in vans, providing shopping sprees, and much more. Whatever their hearts desire!
High Hopes grants approximately 20-30 wishes each year. These children come from all over the Granite State - even children that live in your community. We are looking forward to granting many more wishes in the coming year. Nevertheless, we need your help. If you know of any child that we may be able to assist, please contact us or have the family contact us for more information.
The Foundation has monthly meetings at our office located at
416K Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, N.H. 03054, (located across from Rite
Aid Pharmacy). If you would like more information about High Hopes, or if you
would like to volunteer your time or help grant wishes, please feel free to
contact the Foundation
