The Granite Town
throw blanket measures 48” x 72” and is woven of 100% cotton. This
blanket has been designed especially for Milford and will be
available for a limited time only. It features many of the scenic
treasures that have defined the town of Milford. The blankets would
make a perfect gift for any occasion and can be functional or
decorative.
All proceeds from the blanket sales will fund scholarships to be
awarded to local college-bound and college students by the Souhegan
Valley Dollars for Scholars.
Blankets are available for $40.00 at Hometown Insurance Agency, 37
Union Square, Milford (on the Oval) or by mail through the Souhegan
Valley Dollars for Scholars organization. Mail order cost is: $50.00
per blanket ($40.00 + $10.00 shipping and handling). An order form

October 17, 2005 Easy Sprit Freedom Walk for Education
5K (3.2 mile) walk around Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield,
Massachusetts raised over $600.
