We are a national and international organization that promotes equity for women through advocacy, research and education. Each year we sponsor a $1500 scholarship for a local high school girl. In addition to branch-wide activities, which include social events and fundraisers to support our scholarship, we offer smaller interest groups that include a book discussion group that meets every other month, a gourmet dinner group (spouses included) that meets four times a year and a daytimers group that ventures out to local attractions four times a year. Our membership is open to women of all ages from Amherst and surrounding towns that hold a degree or associate degree from an accredited college or university.
